我們支持本地婦女就業，所聘用的女工均為以往香港工業繁盛年代中，在製衣、配飾行業有資深製作 經驗的婦女。
我們致力推動香港製造的優質良心貨品，承諾所有貨品均以公平交易原則出售，以回饋這群曾出力貢 獻繁榮香港的婦女。

BBshop.com.hk specializes in handmade products of excellent quality where no chemicals are added in the production process. With patience and full dedication, our products are manufactured by local mothers who had once devoted to the vibrant Textile Industry in the 60s and 70s. We are in favour of women re-entering the working force. Thus, we promise to establish equal transaction principles in order to show our gratitude towards our production workers.

客戶服務部及營銷部

在Bebe負責客戶服務和營銷的都是年輕同事，更是香港的大學生。他們每個都充滿活力，熱情，並且全心全意為客人提供滿意的服務。Bebe亦希望為他們提供相關工作機會，為畢業全職就業前做好準備。

For the Customer Service and Sales Department, we have energetic and enthusiastic university students who are willing to provide the best services to our customers. We also feel welcome in providing related job opportunities, which can assist in their preparation for a prospective future.

製作部

我們支持本地婦女就業，鼓勵她們發展專長。 製作部的同事們，均是曾在香港工業繁盛年代中，在製衣或配飾業有資深製作經驗的婦女，如曾出任著名品牌的製衣廠高層，擁有三十多年製衣經驗，非常熱愛製衣。

Bebe supports local women’s employment. Our production workers were experienced textile workers who had once devoted to the prosperous industrial era in Hong Kong. Our experienced production manager had worked at a garment factory of a famous brand for over 30 years and she is still very passionate about the industry.

行政部

而負責文職和行政工作的同事，大多數是為了照顧家庭而放棄專業工作的婦女。她們曾任職於政府、銀行或大型機構。我們提供彈性上班時間，好讓她們能好好照顧家庭之餘，亦能繼續做喜歡的工作。

Clerical and administrative colleagues are professional working women who used to work in the government, banks or large institutions. We offer flexible working hours so that they can take care of their families while continuing to work in their leisure time.
